Biosphere-Atmosphere Society Index

The BASi (Biosphere-Atmosphere Society Index): Multivariate analysis of Earth Observation (EO) data to produce a biosphere-atmosphere index summarising the major directions of biospheric and climatic co-variability, including fire, soil water stress, evapotranspiration, photosynthesis, crop productivity and land use change. This will be calculated by the Biosphere-Atmosphere Virtual Laboratory using a combination of four data products described here.
